New Inazuma Eleven Arcade Machine

Inazuma Eleven is doing quite well in Japan. So much so, that they have this [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] even though arcade attendance has been dropping over the years.

According to Siliconera, "The title in development is Inazuma Eleven Bakunetsu Soccer Battle and it’s collectable card game. Think Mushiking or Dragon Quest Monster Battle Road. Instead of cards, players get Inappu (a portmanteau of Inazuma Eleven and chippu?) chips when they drop 100 yen into the machine. The game reads the chips and shows the match on screen."

As for a western release? Highly doubtful. Europe may have a fighting chance though as they will at least be getting the DS Inazuma Eleven game but a US release seems out of the question. But who knows? Stranger things have happened so here's hoping to at least a DS release if not an arcade machine!
